How will you find potential home buyers for my property?

What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?
Once again it depends, typically it will be 2-3% per agent. Feel free to discuss this with me; I am upfront and transparent about this, so don't feel awkward asking. I'm not even afraid to talk about Realtor salaries.
Do I need a Real Estate Agent?
This is an excellent question. The short answer is no, but you won't regret it. If you're buying a house then 99% of the time it doesn't cost you anything, so why would you not? Get on the internet and search best realtor near me right way. Or just call me, you'll get the same result haha. If you're selling your home then it's a bit more complicated. The numbers show that using a Realtor instead of For Sale By Owner (FSBO) will likely net the seller more. It's also true that the large majority of FSBOs eventually list their home with a real estate agent. I could go on and on about this, so call me up and we can discuss it. It might be better for you to give it a shot with me, doesn't hurt to ask though.
